Return Policy​


If you decide the item(s) it's not right for you, or you're not completely satisfied in every way, we'll take it back and refund your money. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the item has been used, altered, damaged not due to our error, it is NOT eligible for return.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if approved)
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Damaged/Defective Items

All of our shipments are inspected by our quality assurance team, however if you do receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery along with clear photos of the damaged/defective item.
Damage due to accident, misuse, abuse, improper installation, usage not in accordance with product specifications and instructions, natural or personal disaster, or unauthorized alterations, repairs or modifications are NOT eligible for a refund or replacement
We cannot honor changes outside of the time frames, as stated within our policies. Dynamic Voice & Data and DynaCable ® will not be financially responsible in any circumstances for any damage, loss of profit, labor needed, legal fees or any additional fees

Return Shipping Cost - If the reason for your return is due to an error on our part, we will pay the return shipping cost and refund your original shipping charges; otherwise, you are responsible for the returning shipping cost and the original shipping charges will be non-refundable.
Image Quality & Colors Shown on Our Website - Due to printing, scanning, reproduction process, your monitor quality, monitor settings, video card type & settings, etc; colors/finishes, lenses shown on our website and / or catalog will be very close but cannot be guaranteed to be an exact duplicate of the actual finish you receive. Unfortunately this is beyond our control.
Product Specifications and Changes - Although we are diligent and update product specifications as often as possible, product specifications such as but not limited to dimensions, minor product changes, etc. on occasion can and do happen. We are not responsible if these product changes differ from the website. If you need exact dimensions, specifications, etc. Please call us at 800-838-5070 before placing your order and we can verify with you the current specifications

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

We are unable to exchange items if it is NOT defective.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
