Please allow up to 2 weeks for shipping to Canada, we try our best to get it to you sooner.
Customers need to make sure that they provide their correct and internationally acceptable shipping and billing addresses. We are NOT to be held responsible for any loss for goods, reputation loss or trauma arising out of a situation where addresses are entered incorrectly.
If we are invoiced by UPS for an address correction, it will be forwarded to you as we are not responsible if the shipping address was incorrect.
Restricted Shipping Locations
Customers need to make sure that the shipping addresses they provide are not prohibited for delivery. This may include but not limited to military areas, hospitals, research institutions, sensitive government addresses etc. We are not to be held responsible for any loss for goods, reputation loss or trauma arising out of a situation where this guideline is not followed.
Contacting the Delivery/Courier Service
We will NOT be able to contact any Delivery/Courier services for any matters whatsoever as this is out of our control. However, we will try our best to help you with whatever means that are accessible to us.
Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, Dynamic Voice and Data encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.
If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned at the customers expense, the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
Subject to stock availability. From time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to wait restocking of the back-ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund
We accept all major credit cards (AMEX, M/C, Visa, Discover) and PayPal. All payments will be collected at the time of purchase.
We do our best to ship items within 1 business day & because of this quick turnaround time, the window for cancelling orders is very short. If your cancellation request is seen prior to us processing your order, we are happy to cancel your order for a full refund, but once the order is in process, we can no longer cancel it.
Due to processing time & inventory availability, we cannot honor change requests to orders after purchase. Please make sure to carefully review your order before submitting it.
Drop Ships / Multiple Shipping Addresses:
We only ship to the shipping address provided & cannot ship to multiple addresses. If you would like your order shipped to various addresses, please place one order for each shipping address.
If a package is returned or shipping provider charges us shipping cost, because the address provided to us was not correct, we are not responsible for re-shipping. We will contact the buyer for the correct address; shipping & handling charges will need to be re-paid before we can send the package again or will be applied to invoice.
Defective items will be exchanged or refunded (at our discretion) within the warranty period specified. Shipping charges WILL NOT BE REFUNDED on non defective returns, no exception. Shipping charges and credits will be refunded on defective returns/ exchanges within the 30 days after Dynamic Voice Data has received Defective units back. Receipt of the order. After 30 days, if your product is defective and within the warranty period we will repair or replace the product free of charge.
Price shown or quoted does not include taxes applied to the products on the order. All local customers in the State of Texas and customers nationwide shipping to the State of Texas will be charged taxes unless a current Texas Resale Certificate is provided. Customer agrees to pay DVD any taxes charged if the Resale Certificate number was invalid or rejected.
Lost/Damaged by Shipping Company:
We are not responsible for any errors made by the shipping Company. UPS, Fed EX, USPS or LTL Carrier. However, if your package has not been received within 3 weeks of receiving your shipping notification email (6 weeks for international orders), please contact us & we will provide directions on how to file a claim with the Shipping Company.
Damaged Items/Order Errors:
Though each product is inspected for quality assurance before shipping, it is possible to receive a damaged item. In addition, due to human error, order mistakes are possible. For these reasons, it is important to open & inspect your items as soon as you receive them.
Please notify us within 3 days of receiving your package if there is anything wrong with your order. We cannot honor changes outside of the time frames, as stated within our policies.
Once we have been notified of any damaged items you have received, we will work with you to get them corrected. Please note: we cannot extend any discounts to you should you decide to sell damaged items at a discount.
